I had a phone interview before the in person interview to get to know more about the company and what they were looking for. The in person interview was the following week with three people.

I received a call at first for an introductory interview. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview. I was interviewed by three people. They were all nice and welcoming. Only downside was never hearing back after the in person interview even after I sent them an email.
