As my role was finance. Firstly they aak me about yourself. When i stopes. They Deeply ask about the profile they provide me, all the process i follow in my company. The team i handle. Revenue recognition process, amount of transaction I handle. They basically see how dedicated and keen you are for work. Show they lots of interest and confidence. In technical it just take 20 minutes.
In Hr round they will unnecessary pressurise you for Saturday working and multi tasking. But too cooly took interview, general question about family. Will frankly ask about salary.
