fairly easy. HR interview with standard questions and the next two were more fit-based. Total process was about a week and a half. HR was adament I be in the office 5x a week when my team said flexible.

This may sound bitter, but objectively, the process was very biased. Before receiving their CS, I was already told that the office is favoring an applicant that has a degree from UK (Cambridge or something) and after submitting the CS, going through the interview, they called me that they did not accept me. When I asked why, they said that I did not match their profile requirements. When I further asked for the reason, whether it was the CS or if they could provide me with feedback, they told me that it was exceptional but that, unfortunately, I did not fit their profile but they were impressed that they ended up trying twisting my profile by saying that I would be fitter for a financial analyst team that basically deals with account receivables and Frankly, sometimes working for such companies is just politics and optics then giving a fair chance.

Initially starts with a phone call about resume, experience, careers and compensation aspirations, she explained the culture of the company etc Then you would interview with the manager and director.

Tell me about your experience? Why did you leave your last job? How do you manage difficult people? I think people/HR should really be filtering "difficult people" rather than expecting new starters to be able to deal with personality disorders like narcissism and other mental health issues of the kind. PEOPLE WITH FINANCE / OPERATIONS/ MARKETING ETC ARE NOT MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS People need to manage and regulate their emotions.
