Did application online, sent in resume, spoke to Regional Manager. Set up time to meet. Met for about 1.5 hours. Toured a few communities. Spoke to other agents. Reported back. All went very well. Everyone was very nice.

They have you do a personality assessment then ask you questions based off of that. So it will be individualized.
