I applied for one job and they tried to interview me for another one without saying anything. The HR office was very slow to respond to emails - even misspelled my name. After giving my availability for the week, they wanted to interview me within an hour of the same day and wouldn't confirm what position it was for. I withdrew my application immediately. If this was my experience before even getting an interview, I can't imagine what it would be like after an offer.

Submit a resume, cover letter, and multiple references. Initial screening call with the HR department , then multiple interviews with a potential manager and department heads. Did not submit a writing sample or any additional materials
