Was a good experience, the process took about a week and was pretty fast for them to come to a decision when it comes to the hiring process. Had a short convo with HR about job position and then proceeded with a second interview with hiring manager.

I had one virtual interview before being hired on. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was asked to describe my previous work history, paying specific attention to my customer service experience. I provided relevant, pertinent examples that exemplified my customer service skills. I said why I was interested in the role, illustrating also why I was a good fit.

There were 4 stages of the recruitment, each stage more stressful which still doesn’t necessarily guarantee you’re going to be fully employed immediately. You’ll still have to be a contract staff first.
