I had already been hired and was interviewing for a new position. It was a lateral transfer an was supposed to help me be a better employee. Instead it made me feel worse. The interview was informal and felt like it was chosen off of whether or not you were popular and in the "in crowd". Which I was but all the same, the job was not something I liked.
