      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso DMI (Noida) nel mese di mag 2019

      Colloquio

      HR communication/coordination was bad and not clear. First I got call from DMI interviewer regarding the opening. First round was aptitude, which was normal avg round. Second round was telephonic technical round Third round was f2f technical. All rounds were good and I was quite impressed with all the interviewers. Now here the bad experience started with the company. HR didn't called me for 2 days and I called him for feedback he said you cleared the round. He said just send us the required documents so that we can process with your offer but they never discussed or talked over salary. HR person said just send us the documents for processing of your offer letter. After that they negotiate the salary part I told them that I already told my final amount before interviewing with you. They said see there is a criteria in every company regarding the package , the package you have asked for we can not give. I said you should have told this to me before interviewing with you when I already clearly told you about my figure. They were offering me nearly the amount which I was already holding. HR said ok let me talk to hiring manager and this process continues for 7,8 days again they were trying to negotiate and finally I negotiated with the little amount and said this is my final and I wouldn't go below this figure. HR said ok will let you know again 2 days gone and no response and finally when I called again regarding it HR said sorry we can give you only this figure amount which was nearby to my current holding offer. I would just say don't waste the time of a candidate it was around 20 days , these things mark an big negative impact on company reputation. If u can't offer expected figure while candidate was very clear on expected figure, just don't interview the candidate.
