I went through a recruiter and was all set to start until they pulled the job from me at the last minute due to 'budget'. Then why go through this process and waste everyone's time if the job wasn't budgeted for. While I don't blame one person, this type of thing happens too often. There may be nice people there but this type of 'bait and switch' is totally unacceptable, period
