Found job in indeed.com. Applied and was notified by a recruiter. He had an accent. Initial phone interview was quick but it took several months to receive a full offer and get my 1st day of employment. Required a lot of emailing and follow up phone calls on part for updates. Felt disorganized and chaotic.

I applied for the bilingual position of the same role and obviously had to answer questions in both languages to demonstrate proficiency in them. Most questions were the typical questions a candidate should expect for this type of role. I did have to give a few examples of when I had to go above and beyond to deliver satisfactory customer service or demonstrate patience with angry callers

Zoom interview with two people. Nice friendly people. Waited a couple more weeks to find out if accepted. I was accepted and training was 10 weeks long. Must be in training without missing a day.
