1st: It started with an HR Phone Call where it will ask basic questions such as Expected Salary, Preferred Shift
2nd: Followed by a Technical Interview evaluating functional and technical experience
3rd: Panel Interview to assess culture fit
4th: Job Offer

Easy. You just have to please the hiring manager. Revolves around situational questions only. Structure answers with Behaviour Action Results and you'll be just fine. Usually there would 2-3 rounds of interview, but there's no guarantee that the manager who interviewed you will be your boss once hired.

Good interview and fast phase process. Hiring process overall is pleasant. Make sure to review on as they will ask some technical questions and ask about how you deal with other people and team members.
