I applied online and within one day got a telephone interview. The interview went seemingly well and the interviewer told me I would be contacted in a couple of days by the hiring manager to set up a face to face interview. Four days after hearing nothing, I emailed to follow up and she responded with that they had decided not to move forward and I got the rejection notice from the recruiter at that time also. I was very excited about moving forward in the interview, wrote a thank you email right after the phone interview telling her so, so I'm not sure what went wrong...and when I asked for feedback, I received none.
