Good structure. Be prepared for a long 3-4 month process. Good company with solid history and background. Just don't be impatient in the process. It takes a while. At least 3-5 rounds of interviews depending on the role.

2 stage interview. 1st with HR who was reading off script, 2nd on phone who asked only technical questions and nothing about me or the role. It was a messy process and the 2nd interviewer did not seem to know much about the role.

I had three phone interviews and was invited into the company headquarters for a half day of in person interviews and other telephonic interviews with team members in other cities.
