Colloquio
This was a relatively basic interview process. Started with a phone screen, then a video conference with the hiring manager, another video interview with a 4 person panel. Finally there was an on site interview with 2 panels of 4 people. Mainly they ask about your experience and how that would apply to working in HVAC manufacturing. Asked a decent amount of behavioral and situational questions. Then a plant tour.
