I spoke to 3 individuals via Indeeds video interview service. I was asked about my interests and hobbies, why I was interested in the position, what did I feel made me a good fit for the position. We also talked about my degree. I was asked if I knew how to use power tools and was comfortable being up on a latter installing cabling and if I wouldmind beingon call for Saturdays & Sundays. Lastly I was asked 2 technical questions about Windows, that I had to answer. The interview team was polite, but very serious and stoic most of the interview. It did make me feel very nervous, being it was my first IT interview. I would like to note that this position was said to be "entry level" it was not.
