Assessment day comprising of verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning tests.Then a group exercise with a presebtstion.despite having 16 years experience I didn't get considered as apparently I did not meet the pass mark in the numerical test. This gas absolutely no link to the role itself so all my success and skills were disregarded.. absolutely crazy but their loss..

Colloquio
The interview process was 4 steps, each step with someone new. I first met with a third party recruiter and then began 3 more stages with company representatives. First was with a recruiter, second and third was with company head office representatives (HR), fourth was with Calgary representative.
