I had glowing feedback from each of the interviews, only for the company to put the job position on hold, I then noticed new roles being recruited for that resembled recommendations I had made during the interviews. After chasing the agency a rejection from Danone was forth coming, but only to thank me for my time and that they were still looking for the right person. It felt as though they had a weeks worth of consultancy time and effort for free.
