First interview by phone, it was very short, 20-30 minutes. Then I was invited for a day of exams and interviews with a couple of other candidates. Really professional welcoming and the set-up was great. It was a rewarding experience.

I participated in the selection process for the Junior Accountant CZSK position at Danone. I was in contact with two woman, unfortunately web doesn't let to disclosure these ones, the recruiters. I was told I would receive feedback within a week. However, more than a month has passed since the interview, and I haven’t received any response – not even after a follow-up reminder. I understand that recruitment processes can take time, but basic communication and respect towards candidates should be a given. Unfortunately, this approach left me with a negative impression. Such treatment leaves an unpleasant impression of an otherwise well-known international company, from which I would expect a more professional attitude.
