The interview process was simple and involved meeting two different managers. After the first interview i was told i'd be receiving a call for a second interview. Hiring managers were both very friendly and willing to answer any questions i had as well. It was a pleasant interview considering that i was only 20 years old and still in college
Two rounds. First front of house manager. The. Gerneraml manager. It’s fine. They’re cool. They don’t really care as long as you’re competent enough. Darden is a big restaurant so training process is very structures — so if u make a good impression, that’s enough for them to hire u
Very straight forward, might take multiple interviews but rather quick. Only general managers can hire, so I’d try to set one up w them rather than a kitchen or host manager. I

Applied to be a server online. Took the online assessment an received an interview 2 days later. Was interviewed by three different managers.Training is for a week to learn the menu. On last day will be validated an obtain a two table section.
