Hiring Manager Phone screen - 30 mins ... Next level of screening to evaluate your experience & skills, and your fit for the role
3 Rounds with other Bricksters' in the role's ecosystem evaluating you on Databricks Core Values, and how you have lived those values in your professional career.
Everyone on the panel was super nice, respectful and very effective in evaluating my candidacy.
Presentation Round - 50 mins where you are asked to prepare & present on your 90-day plan in the Role along with Why Databricks, and topics related to your role. You are given 3-4 days to prepare the presentation, during which you will also have a 15 min call with Hiring Manager to clarify questions on the Presentation Topics.
You finally present to a panel of 3 to 4 attendees who listen and ask questions on what you present. Great experience.
If all of above goes well, Recruiter will work with you to finalize offer, and close the deal!
