Application Process was broken down into the following interviews (in order):
1. Phone screen with recruiter
2. Technical question over video call on coderpad
3. Take-home assignment
4. On-site interview (1 algorithms, 1 system design, 1 talk with hiring manager)
This company was a pleasure to interview with and made a lot of my other application experiences with other companies at the time feel comparatively worse. I think this comes from the type of people they have working there. Every single person I communicated with had a lot of respect, enthusiasm, and consideration. This is by far the best application experience I've ever had.

Be capable of speaking to a significant technical problem you've solved before at length. On the tech side, be comfortable solving problems involving linked lists, strings, and know your time/space complexities.
One knowledge interview and one technical interview afterwards. Knowledge was fine. During the tech one, the interviewer was not listening. The problem was a standard one. Got rejected after second round.

Posteriormente, pasé a una entrevista técnica de aproximadamente una hora, enfocada principalmente en el desarrollo, integración y securización de APIs. También discutimos estrategias de despliegue, monitorización y gestión de recursos en la nube utilizando el ecosistema de Azure. Por último, realizamos un ejercicio conversacional sobre buenas prácticas de código y arquitectura. Fue un proceso fluido y el equipo fue muy profesional.
