The interview process, if I remember correctly, was structured as follows:
HR initially reached out to me and we had a half-hour conversation to discuss my background and the role. After that, I was scheduled for a total of four interview rounds. The first round was a technical assessment, followed by three interview rounds.
Throughout the process, the recruiters were very professional and helped coordinate everything seamlessly. They kept me informed and made sure I was prepared for each step. In addition, they even offered me the opportunity to receive detailed feedback after all rounds. The recruiter shared the positives and areas for improvement from every interview, which I really appreciated.
The first interviewer was friendly, patient, and engaging, which made for a good experience. However, as I progressed to the next two interviews, I found that the interviewers became less talkative and the overall atmosphere felt a bit more iced. Unfortunately, I didn’t perform well in those rounds.
Since all three interviews were scheduled together, I still had the opportunity to complete the final interview. The last interviewer was a standout — very professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in my responses. He asked thoughtful, critical questions, which made the interview an unforgettable experience, despite the earlier challenges.
Overall, while the experience had some ups and downs, I appreciate the professionalism of the recruiter team and the thoroughness of the interview process.
