Big picture: The interview process was smooth, fast, and highly professional. Details: The highlight of the process was meeting all of my soon-to-be managers. Sweetest bunch of people, and very intelligent and informed. It was a pleasure to talk to senior operations and management that just "got" some of the highly specialist work that I had been involved in (rare to find management with such breadth and depth of expertise -and it definitely makes your life easier when you do). In terms of the process, it started out with a screening call; then a second call with the then associate director (really appreciated that call, we talked about all kinds of stuff, not your typical interview interrogation); an easy test; and finally, super-interview day lasting about three hours where I did a back-to-back with all of my soon-to-be managers (that was fun and didn't feel high pressure).

Had a first interview which went really well, then had a test which went great too, then had an interview with a Senior Director and the interview went really well and I had all the skills required but I was rejected. I was very confused and asked for feedback but never received any. Impossible to get in touch with anyone and the only person who would assist referred me to the HR person who never answered my request. Would recommend that the company and the people they hire put more effort into answering emails and providing a way to communicate with the people who interviewed you.
