The recruiter contacted me by email and suggested having a call. The description of the position confused me. I seemed not relevant for the position at all because I have no experience with that programming language and didn't have enough years of experience. Anyway, the recruiter did an interview and asked me to apply on their website officially. The next day she declined my application. Are you serious?

I applied online on their website. It took a week for the recruiter to respond back, she asked me to select a time slot for discussion after two weeks as she was going out on vacation. I did select a slot 2 weeks later. The discussion was a good one. I was able to make out that she was a non- technical person, She focused on few keywords(tech skills) which I spoke in my response. Then I was asked to take a online coding challenge which I did the very next day. I got a reply from her saying I had done well in my test and they would like to move forward with my candidature. Next round was a manager round. He was the least interested person in knowing my skills or my tech stacks. Felt as if they had already filled the position and they had no interest in hiring. just doing interview as it was scheduled.
