1-Online test comprising of basic questions. All were MCQs 2-Technical Round focused on C and data structures. Questions about linked list and other data structures were asked.They want the full code on paper.They were more interested in seeing whether you can code or not? 3-Managerial Round Discussion about projects , what as a professional you want to become.Some domain questions.This was by far the easiest round.You can take it anywhere by discussing your open source contributions and your other skills. 4-HR General questions about you.

I had very bad experience while interviewing with DellEmc R&D center, Bagmane tech park Bangalore. First HR contacted me over phone regarding opening. Since I had domain experience in same field he directly called for face to face interview. I was interviewed by person who asked me most irrelevant questions for firmware development position. The person taking interview was very rash. He only bothered that I should answer what he knows, rather than finding out what my expertise is or what I have previously worked on. I have attended many many interviews. but this was wrost experience ever. I request dell dell recuiters to not waste someone's time and resources for this type of interview.
