First you will receive an email from somebody in costa rica, after that they will call you to set an appointment. Once that is done the manager will call and make go thru 5 or 6 questions. you have nothing but 30 minutes. two weeks later they will call you to set up another interview from USA.

There will be 2 rounds of interviews. HR will call you through mobile to explain the job scope and confirm the interview schedule with you. Then, you will be interview with department manager.
