Flowed like a conversation. Not structured at all and questions would build upon previous answers so my answers would come out very naturally. Scenario based questions were based on contexts familiar with me (e.g. work) so very easy to answer.

Colloquio
I applied through the Deloitte website during their 2nd vacationer intake. First step was psychometric testing, then video interview (3 questions, multiple takes allowed), then assessment centre and a 30min interview with manager/team. Was a very smooth process on the whole.
For the final interview, I was given a case study beforehand and was asked to prepare a 5min presentation. Manager didn’t end up asking me about it during my interview
