Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Deloitte nel mese di apr 2016

There were two stages. 1. Interview with HR to assess the personality, fit within the company, which lasted approximately 1 hour. 2. Technical interview with 2 partners separately lasted approximately 1 hour each. Of course, even though both interviews were technical they still asked me to introduce myself. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.

Nothing unusual. Basic personality questions like what qualities you would need to improve, which qualities you can't stand in other people, where do you see yourself in 5-10 years.
Technical questions were relatively simple: give accounting entries for booking something (don't forget VAT), tell where the certain element is located (ex. admin. expenses - BS(A or L) or P&L).
Also, questions directly connected with the previous working experience - describe the certain procedure (ex. conversion of fin.statements from local GAAP to IFRS).
Multiple rounds, first phone call with Human Resources rep then final round was with two partners who just asked about previous experience, nothing overly technical in the interview process. Did ask for type of clients I worked on to place me in a specific group
