The interview was in depth, it took about 3 hours. They really take the time and get to know you. I was interviewed by 3 different people. Once from HR, one from the business sector, and one from the project.
Currently progressing through the interview process for a Financial Analyst role at Deloitte, with discussions focused on finance experience, analytical skills, Excel/reporting abilities, and fit with Deloitte’s consulting and client-service environment.

Digital assessment was done online tests with job simulations and had a few Technical Questions or Role-Specific Testing. Had a business case to solve on the spot. An assessment centre with multiple exercises: group tasks, case studies and, behavioural interviews.
