Very little notice of interview however appeared quite organised on the day. Great opportunities to meet with current grads and ask questions. The manager who did interview was very friendly and relaxed, allowed plenty to time for questions. Case study and discussion activity within groups was quite enjoyable and not as intense as expected.

When have you set an aggressive goal for yourself and how did you achieve it?
Was good, asked about behavioural what would you do in this situation. Interview was run very smoothly and the people were very nice. Am hoping to hear back soon from them, the process has been fast so far.

Process included application, call to determine personality fit, group case study, call with Director or Partner. Each stage was an assessment, with emphasis on group case study and how you worked as a team.

Submit resume and academic transcript, online testing, video interview, and assessment centre with a group exercise followed by individual case presentation and interview. The process was all fairly smooth, although the case presentation was quite a lot of work.
