After an initial CV and application sift, I was invited to take part in an online numerical test, which are run by SHL and was fairly straight forward (especially if you've done them before – you just need to be able to work out sums quite quickly). I was then invited to take an E-tray exercise, which consisted of two parts: an "inbox" exercise where you had an hour to answer 20 e-mails in turn (some required a bit of research and some were purely situational-based) and a written exercise, where you have to give your recommendation for a merger or acquisition.
The interview was fairly straight-forward and consisted of a group exercise, an individual case study (which was the most difficult part seeing as you've got roughly 2,000 words to read within 15 minutes) and a competency-based interview.
