Initial contact was made at Career Fair. After which I went to a Deloitte BTA dinner and met with several current employee's as well as fellow applicants. After that I was informed of selection and invited to an interviewee only event where we got to network with the interviewers and observe a significant presentation about Deloitte. Interviews were both behavioral and case type side by side, 25-35mins long each.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
