HR contacted within 2 weeks for HireVue interview. Then 1 phone interview, 1 case study, 1 in person lunch. After 7 weeks of not hearing from them, received rejection email from the director I had lunch with.

Strengths/weaknesses. Really know your subject matter because they'll ask questions about what's currently happening in the industry to gain your perspective.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
