A number of tests and interview - Online test, face to face interview, telephone interview. This was fairly informal as I was applying to another member firm. Overall the process was fairly smooth.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
