Applied for the leadership program through my school and got an email for an on campus interview. Went into the office and talked with the recruiter and someone else they had brought along to talk before the interview in the waiting room. Then was brought into an office for a one on one interview.

When was a time you had to ask someone for input before making an important decision?
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

What about this team interests you?
Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
