Three stage interview with challenge half way through. First interview is a screening interview with questions about the firm and why you want to work there. Next two interviews are with hiring managers then senior managers and directors. More role specific. Mixture of knowledge and competency based questions related to role.

HR round, followed by few technical round (With manager, senior manager and partners) and lastly on speaking and listening skills (online). The interview as such is very job oriented, they are not difficult if we have good knowledge of the field and the role
The interview might have had more rounds as well, but i only got the opportunity to sit in 2 round. The first round was a guesstimate round basic and fairly easy as well and next round was a case study. which was a bit difficult for me

3 steps, 1 hr call, 2 technical interview to access the position the process was quite smooth as long as you are being considered. The hr was really nice especially when asked about composition and future possibilities
