Wasn’t really an interview - felt like I was on trial the whole time. For an entry level position they expected much more than would be capable of any recent college graduate. Seemed like they’re just trying to pick young professional from other firms.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
