The interview process for me was centred around the values which Deloitte holds and how I had experienced them in real life scenarios. In addition to this i was prompted to talk about the industry as a whole.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
