Processo seletivo com várias etapas. A maioria das etapas era eliminatória até chegar na etapa final que é a entrevista com os diretores. Todo esse processo demorou mais de 2 meses mas a resposta foi relativamente rápida.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
