A 15 minutes chat with the partner. It was mostly based on my CV. Was also asked general questions like tell me about yourself, why deliotte, what do you being to the table etc. Nothing technical.

Tell me about yourself, why did you choose deliotte
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
