The interview process was straight forward. 1-first round on campus with two senior managers , 30 mins each. Be ready to sell yourself and know the business lines you are interviewing with; that will set you apart from the rest of the applicants. establish a relationship with the interviewer had proved to be valuable since my application was transfered from CT to NY because i told them what i wanted to do ,and mainly where i could put my skills to use. both managers were from the business risk practice but i was interested in the AVA practice. they were somehow impress with my credential and willingness to tell them exactly what i wanted to do . in fact both managers were surprised by what i already knew about the AVA group and decided to help interview with the group. 2-second round was a month later since they had to find a way to have me interview with a different practice. i met with 8 professionals total ranging from complex asset valuation, securitization, and pricing . the interviews started at 9 AM and ended at 2:30 PM then was taken to lunch by a couple managers. it was a grueling process but preparation was key which enabled me to nail most of the interview questions they ask. it was a combination of quant, behavioral , and couple brain teaser questions. Received an offer 2 weeks later to join the ERS group as a consultant . starting in the fall of 2011.

It was a combination of behavioural and technical questions. Also had to do a presentation in about an hour and send it to the HR. Overall it was a very good experience
