The final stage interview consisted of two group exercises, two 121s, and a final partner interview. The process tested your ability to work in a team, passion, and friendliness. I found the whole experience incredibly rewarding, and felt very guided through the whole thing.

It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.
