Really friendly and helpful people, make sure you know the company and your ambitions within the company then you will be fine.
The test are vigorous but in a way it only ensure that you are working with like minded people. There are lots of friends Deloitte people that I met along the way which I could not quite say about KPMG etc.

Which area would you feel passionate about working here once you joined?
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
