Day 1 - Initial interview with hiring manager (45 min)
Day 2 - Interview with HR, Department HRBP, and individual prospective direct reports (30 mins each), then follow-up interview with hiring manger
Day 3 - Interview with CFO

I sent a resume in for a position in operations and was contacted about a week later by a recruiter who asked the basic questions (salary, etc), and then scheduled an onsite interview with a VP. The interview went well, but I was not offered a position. I was asked lots of questions about how I would approach first 90 days, and that sort of thing...the kind of stuff that a director should be prepared to answer.
