I was amazed with the hiring process in Deltek. HR did a great job with the consistent updates and handling of the numerous invites. Interviewers were on time and I really felt valued as an applicant.

The interview process was relatively quick. The questions that were asked were what was expected. Nothing technical, but make sure that you really share your background in depth and how it relates to the position that you are interviewing for. You will be asked a lot about your experience.
