Brief and straight process. Most of the questions were regarding customer service skills (dealing with difficult customers, past experience in similar role, phone skills, etc). Some technical questions as well (Office, Service now, etc)

Agile process. As soon as I applied they contacted me from the recruitment agency to explain the position and ask questions about me, my experience, etc. If you pass that first call they send you to do some fun and perhaps stressful personality tests. If you liked them at that time you go on to do the interview. In my case it was all pretty fast.
