Went through a recruitment agency, interview was pretty much standard competencies based, interviewer across friendly however did not seem as confident in interviewing.
After the process which has been over 4wks now have not heard anything even though recruiter has been chasing for feedback every other day, HR at DB are either just lazy or over worked and can not be bothered to obtain feedback which is pretty much disappointing considering the amount of work candidates put in to prepare for interviews you would think they would at least give some feedback even if its a simple NO. - this has happened to me twice now at DB obviously thinking the first time was just a error, will cut them out in the future when looking for new opportunities.

First round interview had two younger employees, after that you will be invited to a super day in NYC with several rounds of interviews. You will either be given an offer or not after that

Most of the first round interview questions were fit questions. What do you know about the company, why would you fit in this role, why do you want this role, what does risk management do and what does risk management mean etc

Ich wurde von dem Mitarbeiter mit dem Ich vorher im Email Kontakt stand am Empfang abgeholt und wir hatten zusammen mit einer HR Mitarbeiterin ein ca. 45 min. Gespräch. Beide waren sehr nett. Es ging in dem Gespräch eher um meinen Lebenslauf und meine Motivation. Fachliche Fragen wurden keine Gestellt, im Gegenteil wurden mir eher viele Aspekte und Abläufe im Risk Management von dem Mitarbeiter erklärt.
