Primo colloquio con le risorse umane con le classiche domande. E' compresa una parte in lingua inglese poiché il contesto internazionale lo richiede anche per le posizioni meno importanti.
Secondo colloquio coi manager in parte conoscitivo e in parte tecnico per testare la capacità di apprendimento in un contesto strutturato. La durata complessiva è di circa 2 settimane e la distanza tra il primo e il secondo è di qualche giorno.

Recruiters came to campus. Then there was a superday. Multiple rounds with multiple investment bankers of various levels. Then there was a case study and a debrief with the team. Then there were additional conversations. We talked through a bunch of things.

Interview process was pretty quick, passed along to final interview after a quick phone screening. Final interview consisted of being interviewed by three different people, each asking both technical and behavioral questions

Behavioral questions. They send you a link that directs you to a platform where they ask questions you what you would have done in certain situations. Have to pick best and worst responses.

Applied online, a recruiter called for interview followed by interviews with hiring managers. Basic questions nothing too difficult. I thought the interview went well, however about a week later was notified they were going with other candidates. I'm not sure what I said or didn't say but I thought I had great experiences and education. It was a good experience, I hope I get more chances in the future.
