Diagnal recently posted a job opening for a Permanent Senior React Native Developer position. The interview process consisted of five rounds: 1. Round 1: Online Aptitude Round - Technical + Logical (Easy) 2. Round 2: Technical Interview + Coding (Medium) 3. Round 3: Workshop Round - I was required to build a complete project based on given criteria (Difficult) 4. Round 4: Managerial + Technical + Coding (Difficult) 5. Round 5: HR Head Round I successfully cleared all the rounds after a two-week-long process. However, at the end, they informed me that they only have an opening for a Contract position and not for a permanent one. This was disappointing as I had invested time and effort into the interview process. If they had informed me earlier about the contract position, I could have focused my attention on other potential opportunities.
