3 stage process. First, a brief call with the recruiter asking mostly about your experience, then a 30 minutes interview with the same recruiter asking you what you know about the company and a role playing pretending you are the client and then the Associate and lastly an interview with the team manager.

The first interview was about 20 min long and it was like a welcome to the firm. 2nd interview was about 1 hour. We discussed about the job and "played" a role game, where i was dialectica's associate and tryied to find a solution in a situation of a client.
